Capital Advisors, LLC, or as otherwise required by any applicable law; and (3) To the extent reasonably necessary to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.<\/p>\n

C.M. Capital permits only authorized employees and affiliates who have signed a copy of C.M. Capital\u2019s confidentiality agreement to have access to client information. Employees violating C.M. Capital\u2019s Privacy Policy will be subject to C.M. Capital\u2019s disciplinary process.<\/p>\n
